ProAmpac Acquires AB Group Shopping Bag Product Line Assets

ProAmpac, one of the nation's largest flexible packaging manufacturers, today announced that is has acquired the North American shopping bag product line of AB Packaging Group. This transaction will enable the parties to better serve their customers in their respective markets. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
