Insulation is a wonderful barrier against heat or cold. But insulation itself needs its own barrier. ProAmpac’s laminated film allows us to design solutions for difficult applications that call for chemical resistance, liquid containment, foil barrier, hermetic/peelable/frangible seals, perforations or any other challenging requirement.
The industrial market requires pressure-sensitive label release base for products such as insulation. These products are all coated on our tandem extrusion coating lines, which can coat two sides of a substrate in one pass. In-line ancillary equipment provides lay-flat characteristics required in certain markets.
Our laminations are produced to stringent quality specifications using a broad range of materials: PET, foil, OPP, PE, High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), metallocene PE, Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), CPP and metalized films.
