Recycle Ready Retort RT-4000 is a patented polypropylene-based mono-material film that withstands aggressive retort conditions. Available in high and ultra-high barriers, RT-4000 runs on existing equipment while maintaining speed and performance. Multiwall Self-Opening Sacks (SOS) have no intentionally added fluorocarbons and offer superior product protection and pop-off-the-shelf graphics.  SOS bags have long been the go-to format for baking ingredients. They are easy to fill and palletize because of their flat bottoms. Designed with your filling machines in mind, our self-opening sacks have excellent graphic options.

• Applications: bakery products, flour, sugar, cat liter
• Structures: One to three-ply bag options with various paper substrates available
• Available in a sift-proof sack (SPS) design to prevent the outflow of fine material during handling.
• Printing Capabilities: Up to 10 Colors

Pinch Bottom Open Mouth (PBOM) Bags are ideal for dry products such as food ingredients and additives where bulk densities may vary. Our PBOM bags are closed by sewing or a pre applied hot melt glue.

Sewn Open Mouth (SOM) Bags used for dry products are closed with a sewing thread on one end.

Block Bottom Open Mouth (BBOM) Bags are ideal for dry dairy and food products. They provide advanced protection and can be used in a clean room environment. We offer a wide variety of structures suitable for your specific requirements.

Our recloseable retort pouch features rotogravure-printed graphics and linear tear technology for straight and easy opening. We developed a unique zipper that withstands the stresses of the retort process and allows unused portions to be conveniently stored. Our retort pouch packaging is less than three percent of the weight of breakable glass, tremendously improving the product-to-package ratio and reducing the cost of shipping. We've created a clever flexible pouch that meets the technical challenge of incorporating recloseability and retortability, and employs materials and graphics that enhance packaging design for our customers.

Shaped Pouches

Our flexible shaped pouches can be formed to match brand, function and appeal for a range of packaging applications and markets. We can also include fitments, closures, valves, stand-up capabilities, retort applications and more — each with outstanding print graphics and quality performance.

Beverage & Hot-fill

Our PRO-POUCH® line offers rollstock or converted pouches for beverage applications such as alcohol, hot-fill, HPP or aseptic processing. Further, our teams have designed these laminations for optimum performance on Ultra Clean/3A form, fill, seal machines.

Pouches can be assembled via adhesive or extrusion processes, with and without foil. We'll work with you to meet your product requirements, whether you need small single-use pouches or large-format, high-strength, multiple-use pouches.  Features include:

Inverted pouches have grown in many food applications, specifically for spreads that have moved into flexible packaging. The combination of reduced shipping cost and container weight as well as the consumer's ability to be able to ensure all the product can be squeezed out with ease makes this format ideal for many applications.

Durable and tear-resistant polywoven laminated bag withstands aggressive supply chain and handling conditions. Utilizing the same filling equipment as multiwall bags, PRO-DURA bags can include a premium laminate exterior that provides enhanced shelf presence and additional burst resistance for aggressive transport conditions. ProAmpac’s flexible pouches are the perfect packaging solution for loose leaf or instant teas – guaranteed to stand-up and out on store shelves.

Our bakery bags are designed using the latest polymer technologies to keep bread as fresh as if it were homemade. Our bags come in a wicketted format, collated in quantities of 200 up to 500 bags per wicket, with the correct pull off strength to enable fast accurate packing either on your semi or fully automated system. Cards and bands can be added to each wicket to give stability for quick loading and professional presentation of your product. Bags can be printed in high quality flexographic and HD print in up to 8 colors.

ProAmpac’s wicketted bags can either be presented in the bread bag format or have additional features to include, reseal tape, lateral seal, euroslot and bottom gusset.
