ProAmpac’s Sandwich Pack Named Finalist in UK Packaging Awards

CINCINNATI (OCT. 06, 2026) – ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging and material science, is gaining industry recognition for its MA Fibre-Based Square Sandwich Pack. Developed for Dardanel’s Mr. NO sandwich brand, ProAmpac’s sandwich pack was shortlisted for Cartonboard Pack of the Year at the 2026 UK Packaging Awards. The design reflects ProAmpac’s commitment to developing packaging solutions that help brands advance their sustainability goals without compromising performance.

Developed in collaboration with Dardanel, Turkey's largest sandwich producer, for its Mr. NO brand, the patented MA Fibre-Based Square Sandwich Pack is designed to replace traditional plastic sandwich packaging. ProAmpac’s solution combines a premium cartonboard structure with a large viewing window to showcase product freshness while significantly reducing virgin plastic use.
