Meet Kristen V. Baines-Burnett, Vice President of Quality at ProAmpac. Kristen began her journey at ProAmpac in 2017 as a Quality Manager at the Buffalo site. Her exceptional leadership and expertise propelled her to Vice President in 2022. Kristen holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. Additionally, she is certified as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual. Bringing a wealth of experience from industry leaders, Kristen combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to addressing regulatory and customer challenges across ProAmpac's sites in the US and Canada.

Kristen is not just a leader, but a guardian of ProAmpac's reputation for quality and excellence. Her role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards, whether she's assisting different sites, implementing corrective actions, or guiding teams through audits. Her commitment to excellence is unwavering, instilling confidence in the quality of our products and services.

One of Kristen's standout achievements is supporting the Hartford team with Jaimee Maloney spearheading "Project Marshmallow," a transformative initiative in the Extrusion department  that generated over $1 million in cost savings. Her dedication, integrity, and ability to leverage her extensive experience make her an indispensable leader at ProAmpac.
