Meet Charles – Chaz –  Gamache, Director of Customer Technical Service. Chaz embodies the spirit of innovation and customer-centricity that defines ProAmpac. With a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts, Chaz brings over two decades of expertise in research and field-process engineering.

What attracted Chaz to his role at ProAmpac? It was the unique opportunity to couple technical expertise with commercial connectivity, leading a team that bridges the gap between our products and our customers. Chaz's team brings ProAmpac’s solutions directly to customers, providing invaluable support and insights. The candid feedback from customers has been instrumental in driving sustainable solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.
